CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice: Booking (Stay date from 7th to 12th of July & from 6th to 12th of August) is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).

Normal season from November 1st to March 1st

Date Condition
+15 Days Prior to check-in 100% of the full amount will be refunded.
15 days (or less) prior to check-in 95% of the fee will be refunded.
7 days (or less) prior to check-in 90% of the fee will be refunded.
2 - 0 days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount.

High season from March 2nd to October 31st

Date Condition
+30 Days Prior to check-in 100% of the full amount will be refunded.
30 - 15 days (or less) prior to check-in 80% of the fee will be refunded.
15 - 7 days (or less) prior to check-in 70% of the fee will be refunded.
7 - 0 days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount.

 

NO-SHOW

In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, no refund will be made.

(Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)

AMENDMENT

Amendment, any changes to your reservation must be made through our office not less than 10 business days prior to check-in date and NOT through the hotel reservations office. This shall be effective after both have the confirmation notice letter sent through fax or email. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delayed arrival or cancellation in full or in part and changes of room class. 

All requests for additional nights or rooms are subject to room availability.

If the amendment results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of people booked), a handling fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 7% of the total value.

Amendments are only effective when we have confirmed by email or fax.

Springs Hotel will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.

The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. Springs Hotel will not be responsible for any mistake made by the Bank.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

All season

Tour: more than 6 rooms

Date Condition
+30 days before trip commencement 95% of the full amount will be refunded.
15 - 30 days 70% will be refunded.
7 - 14 days 50% will be refunded.
Less than 7 days or No Show No refund

 

* For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted.

The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase.


ROOM AVAILABILITY, DELIVERY AND RETURN

The customer does not acquire the right to be provided specific rooms.

Reserved rooms are available to the customer starting at 1:00 p.m. on the agreed arrival date. The customer does not have the right to earlier availability. If the customer request for an early check-in, the customer would have to pay the previous night fee.

Rooms must be vacated and made available to the hotel no later than 12:00 noon on the agreed departure date. After that time, on the grounds of the delayed vacating of the room for use exceeding the contractual time, the hotel may charge 50 percent of the full accommodation rate (list price) for the additional use of the room until 5:00 p.m. (after 5:00 p.m.: 100 percent).

The hotel assumes no liability for loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the hotel's property, nor the contents thereof, excepting cases of intent or gross negligence.
